2. The Service

A.I. Reports enables users to submit or enter data and generate dashboards, reports, visualisations, analysis, forecasts, insights and other outputs.

Different functionality may be available depending on whether you are using a free tool, free trial, paid subscription or another service provided by A.I. Reports.

We may improve, modify, update or replace features from time to time where reasonably necessary to develop, maintain, secure or improve the service.

3. Customer Data and Inputs

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality and suitability of all data, information and other material that you provide to A.I. Reports.

You must ensure that you have the necessary rights, permissions and lawful basis to provide any data submitted to the service.

You should not upload information that you are not authorised to use, disclose or process.

The quality and reliability of A.I. Reports outputs may depend directly on the quality, completeness, structure and accuracy of the information supplied.

4. Reports, Analysis and Forecasting

No analysis, forecast, recommendation, insight, trend, calculation or other output produced by A.I. Reports constitutes a guarantee of future performance or results.

5. Accounts and Security

Where an account is required, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account.

You must notify A.I. Reports promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised or used without authorisation.

You must provide accurate account information and keep relevant information reasonably up to date.

6. Free Tools and Trial Services

A.I. Reports may make certain tools or features available free of charge or as part of a limited trial.

Free and trial services may contain different functionality, usage limits or restrictions from paid services.

We may amend or withdraw a free or trial offering where reasonably necessary, although this will not affect any legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Paid Subscriptions

Where you purchase a paid A.I. Reports subscription, the applicable price, subscription period and included features will be displayed before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase, subscription charges are due in advance for the relevant billing period.

Where a subscription automatically renews, this will be communicated before you enter into the subscription.

We may change subscription pricing from time to time. Any price change affecting an existing subscription will be communicated in advance and will normally take effect from a future renewal period rather than retrospectively.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription in accordance with the cancellation process provided through A.I. Reports or by contacting us using the contact details provided on the website.

Unless otherwise stated, cancellation prevents future renewal but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for a billing period that has already commenced.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory cancellation or refund rights that apply to you under applicable law.

9. Acceptable Use

You must not use A.I. Reports:

• for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• to infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
• to upload malicious software, harmful code or deliberately corrupted data;
• to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure;
• to interfere with the security or operation of the service;
• to reverse engineer, copy or reproduce protected parts of the service except where permitted by law;
• to resell or commercially exploit the service unless expressly authorised by A.I. Reports; or
• in any manner that could reasonably damage A.I. Reports, its systems or other users.

10. Intellectual Property

The A.I. Reports website, software, dashboards, designs, branding, functionality, documentation and underlying technology are owned by or licensed to A.I. Reports and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your subscription or access to the service gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of A.I. Reports software or intellectual property to you.

You retain your rights in the original data and materials that you lawfully provide to the service.

11. Generated Reports and Outputs

Subject to these Terms and any applicable subscription restrictions, you may use reports and outputs generated from your data for your own legitimate internal business purposes.

A.I. Reports retains ownership of its underlying software, methods, templates, interfaces, systems, designs and proprietary technology used to generate those outputs.

12. Availability and Maintenance

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee that A.I. Reports will always be available without interruption, delay or error.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, technical faults, hosting issues, third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where reasonably practical, we will seek to minimise material disruption to paid services.

13. Third-Party Services

A.I. Reports may rely upon or interact with third-party hosting, payment, infrastructure, software or other service providers.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that are outside our reasonable control, although we remain responsible for our own obligations under applicable law.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information is handled in accordance with the A.I. Reports Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

15. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Subject to the above, A.I. Reports is not responsible for losses resulting from decisions made solely in reliance upon an automated report, forecast, projection, analysis or other output where the Customer has failed to exercise appropriate independent judgement.

A.I. Reports will not be responsible for losses caused by inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or unlawful information supplied by the Customer.

To the extent permitted by law, A.I. Reports will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of anticipated profits, loss of business opportunity or similar commercial losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

16. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to A.I. Reports where a user materially breaches these Terms, fails to pay amounts properly due, uses the service unlawfully, threatens the security of the service or seriously misuses the platform.

Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy a breach before terminating a paid service.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, applicable law, security requirements or our business operations.

The latest version will be published on this page together with the date it was last updated.

Where a change materially affects an existing paid subscription, we will take reasonable steps to provide appropriate notice.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Where you are acting in the course of a business, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes arising in connection with these Terms, subject to any mandatory legal rights that apply.
